EFFICIENT WAYS TO LEARN ANYTHING FASTER!!!

In our daily life, we often come across a various situation where we have to learn new skills or being a student it is an inevitable part to learn new things no matter how short-term it is, so here we are with some smart ways to that will make you help in learning everything faster and longer.

1)SLEEP - No matter how smart or intelligent you are a minimal amount of sleep is required by every one of us for better functioning of our brain. After doing a lot of work our brain produces waste products which are cleansed by a fluid named CSF(cerebrospinal fluid)which also works while we are awake but it works best while sleeping, it moves in from spine to the brain. So according to NSF(national sleep foundation)for an average adult of age 18-44 requires a sleep of 7 to 8 hours. So instead of waking up late night and preparing for your exams grab a pillow and blanket and sleep.

2) EXERCISE- While doing a whole lot of work some of the neurons in our brains are damaged and exercise is one of the best ways to rejuvenate them. They help in communication between various parts of our brain and helps in memorizing and some cognitive abilities.

3)MEDITATION - It is the best way to feel more in control of ourselves it decreases stress levels and helps the brain in pumping cortisol(happy hormone), it also tends to increase the productivity of an individual.
So sleep makes a cleaner brain, exercise makes a healthier brain and meditation makes a happier and productive brain.

4)ORGANIZING AND PRIORITIZING- In a research it is found that students who are more specific and have organized schedules performed better in their examination as compared to those who are not.Prioritizing performs 35% job for the brain done.So go on make a goal and plan it.

Here are some general tips, taking your notes in written as it leaves a sense of accomplishment for brain and makes it familiar with the material. It is impossible for an individual to concentrate more than 90 minutes and most of the population doesn't even fall in that category so try to make short schedules for your and do not forget to take the break and stretch in between. Also, keep revising the same stuff with the short interval of time like starting learning history for 1 then revise it on 2 and then on 5 and then on 10 like this it will help you to memorize that stuff in your long-term memory.
Use paretto principles and pomaodaro techniques.Try to keep yourself hydrated in between your session and in the end don't forget to reward yourself with a little party because this will help you to motivate your brain for the next time.
So to conclude keep calm and be persistent in the end what will help you achieve your goal is your will to succeed.
